• The proportion of female members elected to the boards of Swedish listed companies has increased by 0.1 percentage points to 36.2 per cent.
• For large companies, the proportion of women is 39.8 per cent, an increase of 1.0 percentage points from last year.
• The proportion of female employee representatives on boards is 27.6 per cent, an increase of 1.3 percentage points from last year. For large companies, however, the proportion of female employee representatives has decreased by 3.5 percentage points to 25.0 per cent.
• Of newly elected board members, 42.1 per cent are women, an increase of 0.5 per cent from last year.
